Important Care Information

Silver Arowanas can grow to an impressive 90 cm (3 feet) in length and require a minimum aquarium size of 950 litres (250 gallons) with plenty of horizontal swimming space. A secure, tight-fitting lid is essential, as Arowanas are powerful jumpers and can easily leap from uncovered aquariums.

They thrive in stable, well-maintained aquariums with excellent filtration and are best suited to experienced fishkeepers prepared for their long-term care requirements.
