Hygrophila Corymbosa: The Ideal Starter Plant

Hygrophila Corymbosa is a fantastic choice for beginners, originating from Asia, this undemanding plant quickly spreads in the aquarium, displaying bright green, long, and wide leaves.

Characteristics and Care Tips:

• Fast Growth: This plant grows rapidly and requires frequent pruning to maintain its shape and promote bushier growth.
• Easy Propagation: New shoots sprout from the stem, and cuttings can be replanted in the substrate, where they develop roots quickly.
• Planting Instructions: Start with a bundle of stems or young plants. Remove the anchor and separate them into individual plants. For stem plants, strip the leaves from the lowest 5 cm (2"). Remove any damaged leaves before planting the stems with some distance between them in the substrate. The roots will soon develop, and the plant will start growing robustly.
