Description:

Baby Tears, also known as Bacopa monniera, is an excellent choice for both aquariums and ponds. With its delicate, lush green leaves, it adds a vibrant touch to any aquatic environment.

Aquarium Use:

• Perfect for creating a dense carpet effect in aquariums.
• Requires medium to very high lighting for optimal growth.

Pond Use:

• Ideal for planting in shallow areas near the edge of the pond.
• Can be potted and placed to creep along the surface and edges of the water.

Pond Potting Instructions:

1. Line a plastic mesh pond pot with high-flow weed matting.
2. Fill the pot with Daltons Aquatic Mix.
3. Cap with fine washed pebble to prevent the mix from escaping.
4. Remove the bottom 3 cm of leaves from the stems.
5. Plant the stems 1-3 inches apart.
6. Slowly lower the pot into the pond to avoid disturbance.

Note: This plant may contain aquatic snails, as it is not sourced from a snail-free environment.
